First and foremost, we want to thank all of you for bringing Mercy Sparx: The Big Cover-Up! To life. And, we want to give a special shout out to the backers that were randomly selected earlier this week to participate in the BackerKit Smoke Test. With your feedback, you helped us make surveys even easier to follow. We really appreciate it.
After making a few tweaks, we are ready to open BackerKit surveys to all backers. An invitation from BackerKit has been sent directly to your email associated with your Kickstarter account. Some of you may have already completed your survey before we were even able to post this update. You can also click the link here to access your survey: https://mercysparx-bcu.backerkit.com/
For those of you who have not used BackerKit before, BackerKit is a crowdfunding pledge management platform used by many Kickstarter creators. It makes things like collecting your shipping information, sending digital rewards, paying for shipping and adding Add-Ons post-campaign even easier.
Friday 7/26 @ 12 PM CST - Survey Lockdown:
Your BackerKit survey must be completed and submitted by this time. We will lockdown surveys so you will not be able to change any information or add to your pledge after this time. Backers who do not complete their survey by this deadline may experience a delay in receiving your rewards.
Monday 7/29 @ 12 PM CST - Cards Charged:
We will charge the card associated with your BackerKit survey to cover shipping fees and to pay for any additional Add-Ons you may have added to your pledge.
